Children’s Ministry

Pre-school children begin with an introduction to God’s love through story telling, craft projects, interactive snacks and music.             

Children in Kindergarten through fifth grade enjoy a multi-sensory learning environment where they study one Bible story for six weeks.  Through drama, art, movies, cooking, games, science and music, these children don’t just learn about our God they become intimate with their faith and experience our God each week in different ways.

FIRST COMMUNION

First Communion is one of the milestones celebrated at CTS. We want to recognize and celebrate its importance. Traditionally, First Communion has been a milestone for 3rd graders. This year we would especially like t invite 3rd graders as well as any older children who have not yet participated, and any children who parents feel are ready for First Communion. Please see the Children’s Ministry board for sign up.

We will have instruction and bread baking for children and their parents on March 17th, 1-3pm and celebrate First Communion at the services that weekend.
