“God’s work. Our hands.” Sunday is an opportunity to celebrate who we are as the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America — one church, freed in Christ to serve and love our neighbor. On Sundays this September, the nearly 10,000 congregations of this church gather to serve communities in ways that share the love of God with all of God’s people.
Christ the Servant has chosen Sunday, September 21, 2014 as our God's Work, Our Hands service date. We are joining with four other Boulder County ELCA congregations: Trinity, Atonement, Mt. Calvary, and Grace Lutheran. Each congregation will 'host' several service events and then we plan to come together to share our experience and a meal.
